The genesis of Just Add Agency started while building an internal creative department for Empower, a Cincinnati based media company with a national footprint. The branding work that follows was created to boost the company’s creative credentials and communicate the new dual offerings of media and creative services. A hybrid international team was assembled to create the following communication assets, giving birth to the Just Add Agency model.
